Expect a reply within two to three business days. Smart Scale Systems is an independent one-person project, so responses come when they come — but every message does get read.

What to include

A few details make it far more likely you get a useful answer on the first reply:

• Problem with a free tool? Tell us which tool, which browser and version, and what you saw versus what you expected. If a quiz or hook failed to generate, the topic you entered helps us reproduce it.
• Question about a paid product? Include where you bought it — Gumroad, Etsy, or Amazon — since refunds and re-delivery run through each platform differently.
• Spotted an error? Send the page URL and the specific line. Corrections are made on the page rather than quietly removed, and we will credit you if you want to be named.

Refunds and order problems

Purchases are fulfilled by the platform you bought from, and each handles its own refunds:

• Kindle books fall under Amazon's standard Kindle refund policy, handled through your Amazon account.
• Gumroad and Etsy purchases are covered by those platforms' policies. Email us first if a download failed — a re-delivery is usually faster than a refund.

Press, partnerships and licensing

Enquiries about interviews, guest contributions, bulk or team licensing of the prompt kits, or using our material in training programmes are welcome at the same address. Please put the topic in the subject line.

We do not accept paid guest posts, sponsored link insertions, or unsolicited AI-generated articles. Messages offering these are not answered.

Privacy of what you send

Email addresses are used only to reply to you and to send anything you specifically requested. We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking, and we do not sell or share addresses. Full detail is on the privacy and disclosure page.
