These terms cover your use of smartscalesystemsai.com and the tools on it. Using the site means you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us rather than guessing.
The OmniFrame Quiz Studio, hook generator, blueprint engine, and performance review demo are provided free of charge, with no signup and no usage cap. They run in your browser; we do not receive or store what you type into them.
Because they run locally, they cannot save your work between sessions. Export or download anything you want to keep before you close the tab. We are not able to recover lost work.
We may change, limit, or withdraw any free tool at any time without notice. We try to avoid breaking things people rely on, but these are free tools and come with no availability guarantee.
Content you generate with the free tools — quiz videos, hooks, blueprints — is yours. You may use it commercially, publish it, monetise it, and modify it. We claim no ownership over it and require no credit.
Two caveats worth understanding. First, AI-generated output is not automatically original; similar inputs can produce similar results for different people, so do not assume exclusivity. Second, you are responsible for checking that what you publish does not infringe someone else's rights and complies with the rules of whatever platform you post it to.

Do not paste confidential employee information into third-party AI tools without checking your organisation's policy first.
AI output is frequently wrong in confident-sounding ways. Verify anything factual before relying on it.

Paid products are licensed to you for your own use, including use inside the organisation you work for. You may not resell them, redistribute them, publish their contents publicly, or repackage them as your own product. Team and bulk licensing is available — just ask.
Do not use this site or its tools to generate material that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or designed to impersonate a real person. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or circumvent its technical limits.
